Gerald Montagu

Biography

Gerald has a broad international tax practice, spanning advisory, contentious and transactional tax advice, for both companies and individuals. Since 2009 Gerald has been editor of "Norfolk and Montagu on the Taxation of Interest and Debt Finance" (published by Bloomsbury Professional) and has also contributed articles to The British Tax Review (published by Sweet & Maxwell), The Tax Journal (published by LexisNexis) and to chapters to volumes in the EU and International Tax Law Series (published by the IBFD). He is a member of The Law Society's Corporation Tax Sub-Committee and of Lexis+ Tax Consultation Editorial Board and is ranked as a "Thought Leader" by Lexology Index.
