Biography

Pam is a partner at HSF Kramer (US) LLP in New York. She has over 30 years experience advising clients across a broad range of tax issues, including the international, federal, state and local tax aspects of structuring joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. In addition to her transactional practice, Pam represents clients in New York State and City tax controversies as head of the firm's US state and local practice. Pam is co-author of Bloomberg BNAs on Capital Assets and Section 351. She also serves as the co-chair of the Women's Initiative Committee, US.
