Biography

Dr. Jochen Kotzenberg LL.M. (Vanderbilt), is a lawyer, tax advisor, and partner at Flick Gocke Schaumburg. He advises on corporate tax law, international tax law, and selected matters under civil law and corporate law. His clients include companies (many of them family-owned), high-net-worth individuals, and family offices in Germany and abroad. He specialises in advising family-owned businesses and their shareholders on corporate and wealth succession planning. In addition, he is a lecturer at the University of Zurich (LL.M. in International Taxation).
