Biography

I have specialized in domestic and international personal income taxation. I advice wealthy individuals, families, family offices as well as trusts in all issues related to taxation. I also advice corporate clients on employee award schemes, such as options, share awards, employee stock purchase programs, MIP:s, RS:s, RSU:s, LTI:s, STI:s, FCPE:s etc. I have extensive experience from advising on employer obligations in regards tax and social security. My expertise also covers tax audits, tax litigation and tax disputes relating to private individuals and families. Furthermore I have also been active in negotiating and drafting employment contracts for executives in large or mid sized companies. In recent years I have also lectured on situations where criminal law and tax law intertwine, and represented clients in cases related to alleged white collar crimes.
