Biography

PhD scholar specializing in land use law with expertise in environmental justice and gender equity in property rights. Through the years, I examine urbanization and real estate laws in Morocco (French section), with particular focus on sustainable urban Land through African and Indigenous perspectives, which can be leveraged to create sustainable urban development while ensuring equitable access to housing across all social classes. My work aims to develop legal frameworks that simultaneously protect ecological sustainability, advance gender justice in land ownership, and promote affordable housing through appropriate pricing and tax structures taking into account environmental Justice .
