Biography
Keith Oliver is the Head of International at Peters & Peters and has been described by The Legal 500 as “an absolute legend in the civil fraud field.” For more than four decades, Keith has been at the forefront of complex, multi jurisdictional commercial disputes, leading cross border teams and guiding clients through some of the most challenging crises of their careers. His career spans some of the largest and most complex commercial fraud cases of our time, including the Maxwell case, a formative early landmark in his investigative work, the Bernie Ecclestone / Formula One corruption litigation, and most recently the US$2 billion Tuna Bonds proceedings, playing a lead role acting for the Republic of Mozambique.
