Rodrigo Aldoney
Biography
Rodrigo Aldoney is Senior Counsel at Carey Law Firm in Santiago, Chile, and Head of the firm’s Criminal Law Group, with over 15 years of experience representing corporate clients and individuals in criminal proceedings as both complainant and defense counsel, advising local and international clients across a wide range of industries on complex economic criminal law matters. He holds an LL.M. and a Ph.D. in Economic Criminal Law from the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg, Germany, and previously served as Head of the Advisory Unit at the Regional Prosecutor’s Office of Santiago. Rodrigo is a Professor of Criminal Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, with extensive publications and regular participation as a lecturer in postgraduate programs.
