Biography

Irving Gomez is SVP, Global Head of Law & Corporate Secretary for Teradata Corporation. Irving advises the executive team and board of directors on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters, supporting strategic initiatives, corporate governance, and risk management. Prior to Teradata, Irving was VP, Deputy General Counsel & Secretary at PagerDuty, Inc. Prior to joining PagerDuty, Irving was Chief Governance Counsel, Assistant Corporate Secretary, and Director of Corporate Governance and Stockholder Relations at Intel Corporation. Irving earned his B.A. degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and his J.D. degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, School of Law.
