Biography

Koraphot (Pae) Jirachocksubsin is a Counsel at Chandler Mori Hamada , Bangkok, and a core member of the firm’s Corporate/M&A and Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) practices. He advises multinational corporations, private equity funds and high-growth startups on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign direct investment and regulatory matters in Thailand and Southeast Asia. Koraphot has particular expertise in fintech and digital-economy projects, including payment systems, digital asset and tokenization structures, ICO filings, NFT and utility-token projects, online platforms, gaming businesses and AI-related regulatory compliance. He regularly advises on data protection, technology transactions and emerging regulatory frameworks affecting innovative business models. He is actively involved in industry training and international conferences, and frequently works with colleagues across Japan, Singapore and other jurisdictions on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions.
