Biography

Aarthi Sivanandh is a senior partner at AZB & Partners practicing corporate law in India for over two decades. Her practice focuses on the full spectrum of domestic and cross border business transactional matters: mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity transactions, joint ventures, strategic business alliances, technology licensing agreements, preparation of assets for sale, spin offs and demergers.
