Biography

Adhunika Premkumar is a Partner at Trilegal and has extensive experience in advising on acquisitions, divestitures, co-invest structures, joint ventures and investment transactions. She has been involved in several complex domestic and cross-border transactions and regularly advises her clients on investment and exit strategies and regulatory matters. She specialises in structuring global and domestic equity linked incentive schemes and transactions providing exits to employees. Adhunika has assisted several clients in managing shareholder disputes and promoter exits. She also assists public and private companies and their senior management on a range of corporate governance matters including board structure, fiduciary duties and related party transactions.
