Biography

As a partner at Cuatrecasas, one of the leading law firms in Spain, Portugal, and Latin America, I lead complex international arbitration matters while driving digital transformation initiatives. I have successfully led enterprise-scale AI implementation, focusing on practical innovation in professional services. I combine expertise in technology transformation with over 20 years of experience in managing complex cross-border matters. My focus on AI solutions and change management has resulted in significant adoption rates and measurable improvements in service delivery. As a strategic advisor, I actively mentor AI startups from concept to market, leveraging my Stanford GSB education and real-world implementation experience. I guide founders through critical stages of business development, from product strategy to market entry and scaling. This unique combination of business education, enterprise AI implementation, and startup mentorship provides me with a comprehensive view of AI transformation across different scales. My background includes establishing and leading Cuatrecasas' Shanghai office for 13 years, where I built and managed cross-cultural teams handling international disputes and investments. I bring this same leadership approach to driving technological innovation and AI adoption at scale. I regularly speak and write on AI implementation and digital transformation, and serve as guest lecturer on AI, Machine Learning and Prompt Engineering at leading business schools including ESADE and UPF, while maintaining an active international arbitration practice. Recognized by several directories, including Chambers Global, Chambers Asia, and Legal 500 Asia, as a leading lawyer in my field.
