Biography

General Counsel of CCU S.A., a Chilean open stock corporation. CCU S.A. is a diversified beverage company (beer, water, soft drinks, nectar, wine, and spirits producer and distributor) operating principally in Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Paraguay and Uruguay. Before joining CCU in March 2015, I was the General Counsel of SMU S.A. (supermarkets and convenience stores) (2013-2015), Senior Associate of Cariola Diez Perez-Cotapos (2001-2013) and an International Associate of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York (2007-2008). I have a law degree by the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a LL.M. by the Duke Law School (2007).
