Biography

Prof. Guido S. Tawil is an Independent Arbitrator since 2018, former Chair Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Buenos Aires School of Law and Senior Partner at Bomchil in Buenos Aires, where he headed the International Arbitration, Administrative Law and Regulatory Matters practices for over 25 years. He is a Founding Member, Past Chair and Honorary President of the Latin American Arbitration Association (ALARB) , Past Co-Chair of the IBA´s Arbitration Committee and Latin American Fora; Past Council member of the IBA´s Legal Practice Division, Past Court Member of the LCIA Court and of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration (ITA) Academic Council. He is a current member of SIAC´s Court of Arbitration, of ICCA´s Advisory Board and Nominations Committee and of the ICC Latin American Arbitration Group, among others.
