Danny Riding

Biography

Danny is a partner in the asset management team at Travers Smith, specialising in strategically advising UK, EU and non-EU private capital firms on the legal, practical and regulatory requirements affecting their businesses. Danny has a broad practice which includes advisory work and the regulatory aspects of transactions, reorganisations and fundraises. Danny is also a member of the firm's International Board and sits on the International Bar Association's (IBA) Asset Management and Investment Funds Committee. In 2021 Danny was the outright winner of the Lexology Client Choice Award for Private Funds (UK) and is recommended in Lexology Index (formerly Who's Who Legal) for Private Funds: Regulatory, having first been recognised in 2023.
