Biography

Aranpreet Randhawa advises a wide range of sponsors on the structuring, formation, and operation of both open- and closed-ended investment funds. She has experience across asset classes, including private equity, growth, credit, infrastructure, and real estate. Aranpreet also advises on spin-outs, co-investments, funds of one, managed account arrangements, and GP-led transactions (both on behalf of sponsors and investors). The Legal 500 recognises Aranpreet in the Investment Funds: Private Funds category as a Next Generation Partner. Aranpreet was also recognised as a notable practitioner in Investment Funds by IFLR 1000.
