Biography

Adam is a Managing Director and Deputy General Counsel - US at Oak Hill Advisors, L.P., a leading alternative investment firm with $111 billion under management as of December 31, 2025 across performing and distressed credit-related investments in North America, Europe and other geographies. Adam oversees all transactional legal matters for OHA, serves on the firm's AI Working Group, as Co-Chair of the New Product and Business Activity Committee and as a member of the firm's Risk, Compliance and BCP Committees. Adam is also an affiliate member of the NYC Bar's Private Investment Funds Committee.
