Biography

Managing Director, Head of Funds Legal; joined CVC in 2019. Tom is a member of the Legal team where he is responsible for fund formation across all strategies, and is based in London. Prior to his current role, Tom was the General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer of CVC Secondary Partners (formerly known as Glendower Capital). Tom holds law degrees from King's College London, the University of Edinburgh and Vanderbilt University Law School. Tom is admitted to practice in New York and England and Wales.
