Biography

Margaret Waickman is a Vice President at Arctos Partners. Mrs. Waickman is responsible for various legal and fund aspects of Arctos' activities and operations. Prior to joining Arctos Partners, Mrs. Waickman was an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in their Chicago office. Mrs. Waickman focused her practice at Kirkland on structuring, negotiating, forming and operating private investment funds, their co-investments and their management companies. At Kirkland, Mrs. Waickman executed fundraises ranging from $500 million to $25 billion. Additionally, Mrs. Waickman has experience at Kirkland representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, securities offerings and general corporate governance. Mrs. Waickman graduated with honors from the Northwestern Pritzker of Law. She graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame, where she received a Bachelor of Arts.
