Biography
Brad is a Partner in the Global Investment Funds Group and Global Head of Private Capital at Mourant. Brad advises across all offshore aspects of the fund lifecycle, from initial structuring and formation to the strategic acquisition and disposal of investments with a particular focus on devising and implementing complex multi-jurisdictional structuring arrangements. Brad is trusted counsel to many of the world's leading private fund sponsors, sovereign wealth funds, and state-owned enterprises.
Brad has extensive experience advising fund managers in relation to the tax and structuring aspects of their remuneration and performance incentive arrangements including sophisticated multi-jurisdictional carried interest and co-investment arrangements.
Brad's comprehensive investment funds practice includes structuring both primary and secondary transactions across key sectors such as buy-out, credit, real estate, and infrastructure frequently involving the development and implementation of bespoke corporate and tax structuring solutions.
Brad provides pragmatic and commercially focused advice, delivering effective structuring solutions to help clients achieve their strategic objectives. Mourant advise across all major offshore jurisdictions from offices in BVI, Cayman, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Jersey, London, Luxembourg and Singapore.
