Biography

Emily Ho is Dynasty Equity’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to Dynasty Equity, Emily was legal counsel at Blackstone, one of the world’s largest alternative investment firms, most recently in Strategic Partners (Blackstone’s secondaries platform). At Strategic Partners, Emily focused on all legal matters across the business unit including fundraising, fund formation, new product development, transaction structuring and execution, and compliance. Prior to Strategic Partners, Emily was in the Private Equity group at Blackstone, where she focused on business development, investor relations, and fundraising. Prior to Blackstone, Emily was an associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in its Private Funds group. Emily received her J.D. from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law, her M.Sc. in Government from The London School of Economics and Political Science and her B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
