Biography

Büşra is a partner at Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı, specializing in real estate and construction law, as well as corporate and commercial law. She has extensive experience advising on real estate investments and acquisition structuring, project development, development agreements, construction, design and engineering contracts, PPP and privatization agreements, concessions, collateral structures, and regulatory matters across real estate, zoning, energy, tourism, and retail sectors. Büşra also advises on M&A transactions, particularly those involving real estate assets. She represents a diverse client base including domestic and international banks, financial institutions, private equity firms, real estate investors, developers, energy companies, data center and port operators, REITs, construction companies, shopping mall investors, retailers, and hospitality and leisure businesses.
