Josef Caleff

Biography

Josef Caleff advises clients in all types corporate and M&A transactions with a special expertise in real estate transactions, including the drafting and negotiation of property contracts, such as acquisition and finance contract and commercial leases. His combination, unique expertise in matters relating to real estate and corporate M&A, are a vast asset to the corporate and commercial and real estate team. Josef Caleff is also a member of Schellenberg Wittmer's management committee. Josef is co-head of the Real Estate practice group.
