Biography

Jo is a real estate investment lawyer. She deals with large-scale acquisitions and disposals, co-investment structures, the reconfiguration of property portfolios and sizeable development projects. Jo advises investors and developers, including private equity, property investment funds, pension funds, family offices and property companies across a range of sectors including offices, hotels and leisure, residential and mixed use. Jo is experienced in dealing with transactions involving a corporate real estate structure. Jo actively collaborates with clients on their ESG strategies and working towards achieving their sustainability commitments, as well as advising impact funds on the delivery of their fund mandates and the practical implementation of targeted ESG outcomes.
