Biography

Maria Flavia specializes in real estate developing and structures, as well as real estate registry. She is also highly experienced in real estate financing, infrastructure matters, and administrative law. Maria Flavia is a member of the Committee for the “Women in Machado Meyer” Program. She is ranked by Chambers Global as a top attorney in Real Estate, and according to the publication, has "technical knowledge, extensive experience and business-oriented attitude”. The Legal 500 praised her for the leadership role in the real estate group at Machado Meyer. Received her Bachelor of Laws from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a post-graduate degree in Contractual Law from Centro de Extensão Universitária.
