Biography

Grace is a climate strategy and risk advisor at Ramboll, focused on helping corporate clients and real asset owners navigate the intersection of climate risk, regulatory disclosure, and resilience planning. She advises clients on quantifying climate-related risks to portfolios and individual assets in support of diligence, disclosure, and capital planning, with experience across frameworks including SB 261, CSRD, TCFD, and IFRS. Grace works closely with Ramboll's HazAtlas climate risk platform to help clients understand how climate hazards affect specific assets and portfolios, and to translate those findings into adaptation strategies, capital decisions, and disclosure narratives. Prior to consulting, Grace spent ten years in the global consumer goods industry leading corporate sustainability strategy, R&D, and circularity initiatives. She specializes in distilling complex regulatory and climate landscapes into clear, actionable information that enables clients to reduce risk exposure, prioritize adaptation, and embed climate considerations into core business and capital decisions.
