Biography

Juliana Bastianello Baldin is a Brazilian legal executive specializing in M&A, alternative investments, asset management, and structured finance, with deep expertise across the real estate, infrastructure, and private equity sectors. She holds a master's degree in Commercial Law from the University of São Paulo (2022) and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (2011). Juliana currently serves as Managing Director of Legal Affairs of the Brazilian subsidiary of GTIS Partners LP, where she leads all legal matters for alternative investment funds with approximately R$13 billion in allocated capital. Prior to her current position, Juliana held progressively senior roles at GTIS Partners since 2011. Before joining GTIS, she practiced at Brazil's leading law firm Machado Meyer Sendacz e Opice. Juliana has been certified in Structured Funds Management by the Brazilian Association of Capital Markets Entities (ANBIMA) since 2024 and has been a member of the Regulation Committee of the Brazilian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (ABVCap) since 2021.
