Biography

Jason practices in Taxation Law, focussing on corporate taxation and State / Territory based transaction taxes. His focus is on front-end tax advice with a particular interest in business structuring and inbound investment in the energy and resources, renewables, property and infrastructure sectors. Jason has worked on a range of complex matters for high profile clients in the property, funds management, mining, infrastructure, oil and gas and renewables sectors.
