Athina Sachoulidou
Biography
Athina Sachoulidou is Assistant Professor of Criminal Law at the Faculty of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). She previously held a position as Assistant Professor at NOVA School of Law in Lisbon and was a Max Weber Fellow at the European University Institute in Florence. Her research covers substantive and procedural criminal law, European criminal law, and financial and corporate criminal law. She currently focuses on evidence law, with particular attention to the challenges posed by digitalisation. Her work has been published in leading international journals, including Artificial Intelligence and Law, New Journal of European Criminal Law, and Maastricht Journal of European and Comparative Law.
