Biography

Andrew Stafford KC is an English barrister and King’s Counsel who represents corporations and ultra-high-net-worth individuals in complex, high-value, cross-border disputes. Admitted in England & Wales, the BVI, and the DIFC Courts, he has extensive experience across major onshore and offshore jurisdictions. He focuses on international judgment enforcement, including strategies to recover arbitral awards and judgments against sovereign debtors, and regularly appears before the UK Supreme Court and in international arbitrations. Known for his strategic and creative approach, he advises clients on disputes impacting assets, reputation, and liberty.
