Henning Block is a Partner at Rothschild & Co and Head of Debt Advisory & Restructuring. Henning Block represents companies, creditors and other stakeholders across all industries in debt advisory, restructuring and M&A transactions, including, among others, refinancings, liquidity raises, financing advice, balance sheet restructurings, acquisitions / disposals and distressed M&A. Henning Block has several years of international expertise, which he gained during his time in London and New York. Henning Block holds a degree in industrial engineering and management.
