Biography

Jessica Durães is a Brazilian restructuring and insolvency lawyer at Galdino Advogados, based in São Paulo. She works on complex and high-profile judicial reorganisation proceedings, advising companies and other stakeholders in distressed situations. She has also acted as an insolvency administrator, giving her a dual perspective on restructuring processes, and holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law from the University of Westminster in London
