Lawyer (Universidad Católica Argentina, 2010, graduated with honors) with a Master’s degree in Economic Business Law (Universidad Católica Argentina, 2021, graduated with honors). Joined the firm in 2011. Specialist in Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, and Restructuring advising local and international companies and financial institutions on complex financings, debt restructurings, securities issuances and transactional matters. Prior to and during his career at Beccar Varela, he gained international experience as a foreign associate at Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga (São Paulo, 2016). Recognized by Chambers Latin America, IFLR1000 and The Legal 500. Speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese.
