Biography

Jagoda Wojciechowska is the CEO and Co-Founder of RBBC Ltd. (Restructuring & Bankruptcy Business Center) in Poland. She is a lawyer and a Qualified Restructuring Advisor (No. 1078), and serves as Vice Chair of Projects and Publications at the IBA Insolvency Section. For over a decade, she has advised on restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, including high-value and multi-jurisdictional cross-border cases. She represents both debtors and creditors in insolvency litigation and advises on in-court and out-of-court restructuring processes, acting as an administrator, receiver, and court supervisor.
