Biography

My practice focuses on complex corporate restructuring and insolvency matters both domestically and in cross-border contexts. I frequently represent official and ad hoc committees, debtors, lenders, bond and equity holders, distressed debt purchasers, foreign insolvency representatives, indenture trustees and other significant parties in all aspects of Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 cases as well as proceedings involving debtor-creditor disputes. I am a Fellow of INSOL International.
