Biography

Rocío Chacón is International Senior Legal Counsel at Cox, specialist in legal strategy for global energy and infrastructure projects. With 20 years of experience, she has led the negotiation, structuring, and risk management of large scale energy developments and renewable energy cross border M&A transactions. Her background includes legal leadership roles at Grupo Cobra and Enagás Renovable. Trained at Columbia Business School, Georgetown University, and Harvard Law School–WLW, Rocío is is recognised for her analytical strength, legal rigor, and ability to navigate highly regulated global sectors.
