Biography

Edoardo is a member of the Cabinet of the European Commissioner for Financial Services and the Savings and Investments Union. He has previously held a variety of legal and policy positions at the European Commission, the European Banking Authority, and the Single Resolution Board. Edoardo holds a PhD in Financial Markets Law and possesses extensive experience in banking and securities law, as well as financial reporting and disclosure frameworks. Prior to joining European Union institutions, he practised law in firms and worked in academia
