Biography

Katrien Vorlat is a corporate / M&A partner with more than 20 years of experience. In her practice she focuses on a wide range of (private and public) corporate transactions, both domestic and cross-border. She has particular expertise in acquisitions, divestitures, MBO’s, private equity, restructurings and joint ventures. Katrien Vorlat is frequently retained to provide strategic legal advice to non-profit organizations, companies and boards, special committees and shareholders on a wide range of corporate governance and disclosure matters.
