Biography

Bochan Kim is a senior foreign attorney at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC licensed in New York (U.S.), New South Wales (Australia), and New Zealand. Her practice focuses on cross-border regulatory compliance counseling and investigations. Ms. Kim has extensive experience advising both domestic and international clients on cross-border regulatory matters, including responding to regulatory authorities following internal investigations. Since joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, she has also worked on international arbitration and litigation matters, further broadening her expertise in handling complex cross-border matters.
