Biography

Shweta is currently working as Counsel with the International Dispute Resolution practice at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., New Delhi. She was previously leading the International Dispute Resolution and Investigations practice at Nishith Desai Associates, New Delhi. She has almost a decade of experience in handling complex cross-border disputes and internal investigations. She regularly appears before the Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India. She has previously served as a member of the Young IAMC Steering Committee and is currently a member of the Asia Task Force, International Bar Association (IBA) Anti-Corruption Committee. She is a dual gold medallist and was recognised as Future Star (International Arbitration) by Benchmark Litigation in 2025.
