Tomoka Miho

Biography

Tomoka Miho is a legal and compliance professional with two decades of experience in global law firm and financial institutions. At IBM Japan, she leads legal risk management and helped establish the company’s AI ethics and governance framework, while also overseeing group-wide compliance. Her earlier roles at financial institutions covered complex financial products, regulatory matters and investigations. She is active in DEI and CSR initiatives and has published and spoken widely on AI risk and compliance.
