Biography

A leading Australian silk, Dominique Hogan-Doran SC is Chair of the BIC Regulation Committee, Co-Convenor of the BIC Climate Change Working Group and Vice Chair of the SPPI Forum for Barrister and Advocates. A First Class Honours graduate of the Universities of Sydney and Oxford, Dominique is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Law, the Governance Institute of Australia, and of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She is a past President of Australian Women Lawyers. Dominique was Senior Counsel Assisting the 2020 Royal Commission into National Natural Disaster Arrangements and Senior Counsel Assisting the Commonwealth of Australia in the 2022-23 Royal Commission into the Robodebt Scheme.
