Biography

Krishna Veeraraghavan is Global Co-Head of M&A at Paul, Weiss. Recognized as a three-time “Dealmaker of the Year” by The American Lawyer (2018, 2022, 2025), five-time “MVP” by Law360 (2015-2017, 2022, 2023) and a “Notable M&A Dealmaker 2025” by Crain’s New York Business, Krishna has long been recognized as a leading M&A practitioner.
