Javier Sánchez

Biography

Javier Sánchez has participated in a wide variety of cases in his field of specialization, including important national cases, defending the interests of debtors and creditors. He has also represented investors’ interests in business unit sales in the framework of insolvency proceedings. He lectures on insolvency law in the Master in Corporate Finance at ESADE Business & Law School and in the Master in Business Law run by the Barcelona Bar Association, and is an associate lecturer of commercial law at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
