Biography

Dr. Gabriele Haas specializes in energy law, regulatory law, and ESG. She advises international and German energy supply companies. Her expertise encompasses both long-term and short-term electricity and gas supply contracts (Green PPAs, GSAs), energy trading, storage and flexibility agreements (battery storage, gas storage), liquefied natural gas (LNG), hydrogen, geothermal energy, heat supply, connection and access to networks, storage, and LNG facilities, emissions trading, energy efficiency regulation. Additionally, she provides counsel on energy-related ESG compliance issues.
