Biography

Edona is a Partner at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP’s Toronto office. She is an advocate and trusted advisor to manufacturers, retailers, suppliers, distributors, public authorities, and insurers, across a number of industries, including health care and life sciences, automotive, transport, construction and infrastructure. In addition to representing her clients’ interests as litigation counsel, she also advises clients on regulatory product liability matters in relation to consumer products, medical devices, and pharmaceutical products, as well as liability issues surrounding artificial intelligence, internet of things, and the metaverse. Edona is an Officer of the Product Law & Advertising Committee at the IBA.
