Biography

Eduardo Magallanes is a former global Life Sciences executive, Independent Director, and transformation advisor with more than 30 years of international leadership experience across Europe and the Americas. Throughout his career, he has led organizations with P&L responsibility exceeding $1 billion across 20+ countries, specializing in transformation, post-M&A integration, organizational alignment, and leadership development. Today, he advises companies, boards, and investors on the human and governance dynamics that ultimately determine whether transformation creates sustainable value. He is also the author of Liderazgo al Cuadrado (Leadership Squared) and a Keynote Speaker on leadership, culture, governance, and transformation.
