Biography

Leopoldo Pagotto has been recognized by Chambers & Partners as a foreign expert in competition law and M&A for Japanese clients. He was also considered to be one of the "40 under 40" by the Global Competition Review in the category internal investigations. He wrote several papers and made several presentations on antitrust and compliance, lecturing regularly about these topics. Among other functions, he is the Latin American Regional Representation of the IBA Anticorruption Commission and a reporting judge of the Ethics Tribbunal of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Chapter. Leopoldo Pagotto concentrates on compliance, economic criminal law and competition law. He advises companies in several industries (banking, telelcom etc.)
