Francesco Anglani is a Partner based in Rome and a leading figure in European and Italian competition law, widely recognised for his exceptional expertise in antitrust and regulatory matters. He advises prominent domestic and international clients across a broad spectrum of complex competition issues, including investigations before the European Commission and national authorities, abuse of dominance, restrictive practices, and high-stakes litigation before European and national courts. A trusted advisor to multinational groups, he has developed particular strength in the design and implementation of distribution systems, providing strategic antitrust and compliance advice across multiple jurisdictions.
