I am a Swiss dispute resolution and investigations specialist with more than 20 years of experience in complex domestic and cross-border litigation and arbitration. I advise clients on high-stakes disputes and sensitive regulatory matters, drawing on my background as Group Head of Litigation at Novartis and my long-standing practice in leading Swiss and international law firms. I have extensive experience conducting internal and government-led investigations, particularly in white-collar crime, bribery, fraud, sanctions, ESG, regulatory matters, executive misconduct and workplace incidents. My work also encompasses international legal assistance, asset tracing and compliance. I act for clients across technology, industrial, financial services, chemicals and life sciences, with a strong focus on highly regulated sectors, and I also serve as an arbitrator in my areas of expertise.
